Renovation of this compact West London post-war 1 bedroom dwelling involved radical spatial restructuring and modernisation. Achieved by spacial reconfiguration of each floor to upside-down living, existing Garage conversion into fully functional and habitable space, and minimal Loft conversion that we acquired a number of Planning Permissions for. Resulting in a full sized open plan bespoke kitchen and dinner, entertainment floor and the master bedroom top floor with ensuite & walk-in wardrobe. All pierced with a singular staircase.
The sense of spaces was further accentuated by freeing up space by means of clever bespoke built-in storage throughout; resulting in hidden nooks and quirky narratives in places that added charms to its conclusion.
The minimal finishes palette allows the private collection of artwork, vintage furniture and extensive art-books collection to speak for itself and add that sense of undeniable and unforced luxury of light and space.
Great interiors that move the spirit have always been rare. In every case they are unique, poetic, products of the heart
